Pinarello Dogma F8 | Down Tube Repair

Quite an involved repair both in terms of the structural and cosmetic work. First, the frame was fully checked over for damage and ultrasound scanned to confirm the severity. The delamination was then meticulously removed layer by layer. Fresh carbon was layed in place ensuring it was correctly re-aligned to the original schedule. Finally the paintwork was digitally recreated, masked and stencil onto the frame for the paint to go down.
